ABOUT ME

I have been in the food business for 40 plus years.
A meat cutter( not a butcher--a butcher kills --not cuts)since 1969.
My wife has kept me for 41 years(God bless this wonderful woman).
I am a cutter not a writer.
Pardon my langage and spelling now,because you will see plenty of misspelled words and maybe a few bad words.
I now have been working for Tom Thumb Gro.for 10 years.
I live in North Richland Hills Tx.But work at the Thumb in Trophy Club Tx.
I will tell you about the workings of the meat markets.Also about the diffent types and cuts of meats.You may also get afew receipes along the way.
A little humor and maybe alot of added BS along with it.
